"Delivery made it fine in the end"
My order arrived safely, so that’s the main thing. It did take a bit longer than I expected, but international shipping can be like that. Packaging was fine, nothing damaged, I just kept checking the tracking and wondering if it had disappeared for a minute. Overall, okay experience.

I did find the return policy on hyena-agenda.com, and at first I was like, okay, this seems straightforward enough. Then I read a little more and suddenly I was annoyed because some details weren’t that clear, especially the time frames and who actually covers return shipping. After reading it twice, I mostly got the idea, so it’s not terrible or anything. I just wish it was explained more simply before you place an order.

I’ve had this print sitting in my bag for a few weeks now, and it’s held up better than I expected. The image still looks clear, which is nice, but the corners are starting to show a tiny bit of wear. Not a huge deal, but it does keep it from feeling totally perfect. Overall I’m happy with it, just a little mixed on the durability.

I ordered from hyena-agenda.com and, i kind of assumed the photos were going to be a little better than the real thing because that happens so often. But nope, the item showed up looking just like what was pictured, with the colors, shape, and little details all matching well.
I was ready to spot some difference right away, but there really wasn’t any weird surprise. What I saw on the site is basically what I got, so I’m happy with it and would give it 5 stars.

"They did reply, just not that quickly"
I reached out to hyena-agenda.com because I was having an issue, and they did eventually get back to me. The response was polite and they answered what I needed, so no major complaint there. It just took longer than I was expecting, which was a bit frustrating. Not awful or anything, just... kind of average support overall. If they responded faster, it would definitely feel better.

I ordered from Hyena Agenda and it didn’t give me that cheap copy-shop vibe at all. The stuff looked the same as it did on the site, and shipping was fine, nothing amazing but no problems either. I’d give it 4 stars. Anyway.

I ordered from hyena-agenda.com and the fabric is just super soft, not scratchy at all. I wore it all day and it stayed comfortable the whole time. it was better than I expected, and I’d just buy from them again.

I was kind of waiting for some little surprise because you never really know with online orders, right? But nope, it showed up just like the description said it would. Nothing weird, nothing off, just exactly what I thought I was getting. So yeah, I’m happy with it.

I ordered a planner from hyena-agenda.com and it did eventually arrive. Finally. The only real issue was that shipping took a few days longer than the estimate, and the tracking barely updated, which was annoying.
The planner itself was fine once it got here, so no complaints there. Meh. I just wish the delivery info had been more accurate or at least clearer. Not the worst experience, but not great either...
